Kashmiri snacks || Rice Flour Snacks just in 15 mins ||सिर्फ 15 मिनट में स्नैक तैयार
Yaji is a renowned kashmiri snack made from rice flour. <br />Ingredients<br /><br />1/2 kg chawal ka aata (rice flour).<br />1 table spoon salt.<br />1/4 kg walnut<br />1 table spoon zeera (cumin seeds).<br />mustard / refined oil.<br /><br />Method<br /><br />1. Boil walnut in water for 1 minute, drain off the water and wash them with fresh water. <br /><br />2. Add salt, zeera & walnut in flour evenly and knead it with lukewarm water.<br /><br />3. Pick a chunk of dough, make it round between the palms and mould it into the shape of a cup (yaji). Similarly make more yaji in the same manner and put them aside in a basin.<br /><br />4.
