Ingredients- 2 bay leaves 3 cups cooked brown rice 1/4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 1 cup onions thinly sliced 2 cinnamon sticks 2 tbsp ghee or butter 1 tbsp ginger grated 1/2 cup raisins or dry berries of your choice 1/2 tbsp sugar salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil,add butter or ghee,onions,raisins,cinnamon sticks,cinnamon powder,bay leaves and let it cook for a minute. Now add the ginger,salt and let it cook for 1 minute. Add the brown rice,sugar and mix well.
