Healthy Cinnamon Brown Rice

Ingredients:<br />2 bay leaves<br />3 cups cooked brown rice<br />1/4 tbsp olive oil<br />1 tbsp cinnamon powder<br />1 cup onions thinly sliced<br />2 cinnamon sticks <br />2 tbsp ghee or butter<br />1 tbsp ginger grated<br />1/2 cup raisins or dry berries of your choice<br />1/2 tbsp sugar<br />Salt to taste<br /><br />Preparation:<br />Heat the oil.<br />Add butter or ghee, onions, raisins, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder, bay leaves and let it cook for a minute.<br />Now add the ginge and salt and let it cook for 1 minute.<br />Add brown rice and sugar. Mix well.
