Whalandaw Boer Goats are based in West Yorkshire close to the National Trust stately home of Nostell Priory, Yorkshire sculpture park and the Hepworth gallery all in the Wakefield area. <br /> <br />I have been hobby breeders of South African boer goats since 2010, deciding to come out of horses which I myself have had since been 12 yrs old. <br /> <br />Having had a British alpine male as a pet as a youngster I have always had a fondness for our caprine friends, so after many an hour of study and pondering which breed I should divert my time and interest to the boer came out tops closely followed by the Anglo Nubian, of which we have a small number of but primarily boers. <br /> <br />We are members of the British Goat Society and British Boer Goat Society and breed 100% full blood Boer Goats.
