Let us know in the comments! <br /><br />Don't forget to Like, Comment, Save, and Share this post so you can easily find it later!<br /><br />ingredients :<br />1 tortilla with oatmeal<br />1 small tomato, diced<br />A handful of spinach<br />2 beaten eggs<br />1/2 ball of mozzarella<br />A piece of butter,<br />a pinch of pink sea salt, ground pepper<br /><br />*make sure the pan you are using is close to the same size as the tortilla*<br /><br />Set pan to medium heat. Add butter. Sauté spinach and tomato until spinach is wilted. Add two eggs and mozzarella, salt and pepper. When the egg is about 90% cooked, add the tortilla and gently press it down.<br /><br />If you can spin the egg with a tortilla in a pan, it means that it is ready to be turned over.<br /><br />After turning over, reduce the heat to medium so that the tortilla is slightly browned.<br />Put it on a plate, roll it up and serve it to the table.
