Lovebird Taylor Swift is roaming the continent on her RED tour right now and likes to bring out special guests at her shows- and who doesnt love a surprise? Foxborough, Massachusetts got an extra special treat Saturday night when Taylor Swift brought out 68-year-old Carly Simon for a duet of her iconic 1972 song "Youre So Vain". Taylor teased the crowed before Carly came out saying, "...a question that Ive always, always had... who is the song "Youre So Vain" by Carly Simon written about? Then introduced Carly on stage where the two sang the song in sync together for the 55,000 person crowd, heres a peek... Its pretty cute to see Carly pass the revenge song torch on to Taylor! Its no surprise that Taylor is a huge Carly Simon fan, as Carly perfected the breakup song genre that Taylor is now known for. Yes, everyone can think of someone they know when they hear "Youre So Vain". But who is it actually written about? That is one of musics biggest mysteries, which is still a mystery. While Carly will never reveal who she wrote the song about, Taylor makes it pretty obvious who her tunes are about (Dear John, anyone?). In backstage footage on Taylors YouTube channel she is heard saying, "When I heard Youre So Vain I just thought that was the best song that has ever been written."
