EPIC No beef burger Collaboration - Shrimp Burger - This is a collaboration video spearheaded by MeatHead. He tagged several channels incliding mine with the task of making an EPIC Burger not using Beef. This was my kind of challenge! I decided to make a Double Shrimp Burger (seafood) using fresh ground shrimp for patties.<br /><br />The No Beef Burger Collaboration<br /><br />Ingreidents:<br />1 pound medium sized shrimp, peeled & deveined<br />3 stalks green onions <br />1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce<br />1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce<br />1 teaspoon Corn Starch<br />Panko Bread Crumbs<br />5 or 6 tbsp of Cooking Oil for pan
