Romney affirmed as the Republican nominee

The US Republican party has officially nominated Mitt Romney to run against president Barack Obama in November's election. <br />The convention in Tampa had two other goals: attack Obama's policies, and make Mitt Romney look like a warm and personable candidate.<br />Alan Fisher filed this report from the convention in Tampa, Florida.
