Peruvian naval officers accused of treason

Two Peruvian naval officers are charged with treason and espionage for allegedly acting as spies for Chile. According to government intelligence reports, they made a number of international trips, presumably to meet with Chilean agents posing as businessmen. The case may threaten relations between the two countries.
