Peruvian army cliams sucess in Operation Chameleon

Three top rebel leaders have been shot dead in an army operation in south of Peru, officials said. According to the head of Peru's army two of the dead fighters include Comrade Gabriel and Comrade Alipioof of the Shining Path group. The authorities are conducting DNA tests to confirm the identity of the insurgents. Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports from Lima, Peru.
