Letby attacked their newborn twin sons on the same day shift on 9th April 2016 when she poisoned Child L with insulin and later injected air into his brother, Child M. Child M made a sudden "miracle" recovery following no spontaneous response to six doses of adrenaline over 30 minutes, the trial at Manchester Crown Court heard. His twin also survived. Letby, 33, was found guilty on Friday of the murders of seven babies and the attempted murders of six others. Report by Jonesia.
