Occurred on March 26, 2022 / Lebanon, New Hampshire, USA<br /><br />: "This video was taken at a pet store in NH, I was shopping for supplies for my own birds when I noticed the spacious parakeet enclosure and 3 little parakeets spinning around in a wheel. I found it hilarious and needed to record it and that's all there is to it."
