Mitt Romney Protest

This was a protest hosted by Occupy Redwood City and Local Labor Unions at a Mitt Romney Fundraising Dinner at the Sofitel Hotel in Redwood City, CA they were joined by Occupy Oakland, Occupy San Jose, Occupy San Francisco, Local Union Labor Council, Raging Grannies and many other organizations and volunteers. They shut down the Main entrance to the hotel and blocked off the street with their bodies.<br />Although some protesters were dressed to mock the 1%, the real 1% that arrived were very angry with the protesters and the Channel 7 ABC news camera man told an Occupy members to F#$k Off because they started filming after the event was over and one of the occupy members called them out on it.<br />The Redwood City Police worked with the protesters to keep the event peaceful and they did not attempt to disrupt the occupation in any way, so right on for doing their real job and not bullying the people like so many that have in the past.
