konkista Drake - Life Metaphor

Life is like a neverending highway embedded with speed bumps <br />and stop signs. <br />I drive my car and it leads me into the unknown. <br />Impricating me with sharp curves and steep hills, making <br />me pounce off the ground. <br />Suddenly, it leads me into my destination <br />Its bright yellow lines illuminate my path during dark gloomy <br />nights. <br />As I release my foot from the pedal, the highway seems to have fewer <br />speed bumps and fewer stop signs. <br />The road seems shorter now. <br />Then I begin to wonder was there another path I could have taken.<br /><br />konkista Drake<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/life-metaphor/
