Kevin Wang - 'Reptiles'

the slippery slithery animals <br />creeping their way on through <br />the cold blood that runs in the veins <br />as they seem to like rain <br /> <br />each one thought about <br />seems like the cousin of dragon somewhat <br />those extinguished flames <br />as their stomaches growls some more <br /> <br />like cats <br />they lay in the sun <br />as if tanning themselves like human beings <br />but reptiles grow too small or too big for cats <br /> <br />yet sometimes the other story of their lives <br />like always, like babies that we were <br />but cared for like that other friend <br />beloved animals to be cared for like the rest <br /> <br />but liking the slow footsteps <br />like descendants of the aged dispersed dinos <br />turtles to be feed and served greatly <br />with a spark of interest of them growing <br />while speaking the magic words <br />just let them grow <br />let them try <br />and just say esio trot!<br /><br />Kevin Wang<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/reptiles/
