How to make Oil Free KFC Fried Chicken! (apprx 400 calories)
Have you ever wondered how to eat KFC without that Oil oozing out of the chicken? Here is how you Cook a low calorie Oil Free KFC Style Fried Chicken!! <br /><br />My Number one goal is to reduce calorie intake while preserving the excellent taste and nutrients in any dish I cook! While keeping that in mind, here are the substitutions I made to keep it real without worrying about extra calories! <br /><br />I used skin less chicken while KFC uses Chicken with Skin on! Here is the breakdown of calories with and without Skin Fried Chicken:<br /><br />Skin less 370 calories (two chicken legs and thighs) <br />With Skin: 440 calories (two chicken Legs and thighs)<br /><br />Oil free : 5 to 10 calories max.<br />with Oil: over 1000 calories <br /><br />Egg whites: 35 calories<br />Eggs with yolk: 220 calories apprx<br /><br />By using the substitutes, I have reduced the calories without compromising the taste!
