They boast being gluten-free, dairy-free, free from refined sugars, and are made with whole grains. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3 mashed bananas<br />1/4 c honey<br />1/4 c natural peanut butter<br />1/4 c oat milk<br />1 egg<br />1 tsp vanilla extract<br />1 1/2 c Pamela’s gluten-free flour<br />1 tsp baking soda<br />1 tsp cinnamon<br />1/2 tsp salt<br /><br />Instructions:<br />Combine bananas, honey, peanut butter, oat milk, egg, and vanilla.<br />Gradually add dry ingredients.<br />Pour batter into muffin pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.<br />Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.<br />Best enjoyed with Greek yogurt in the morning!<br />
