Frank de Boer to take over at Everton?

The bookmakers have installed Frank de Boer as favourite to take over from sacked Everton manager Roberto Martinez after it was announced the Dutchman was leaving Ajax after six years. De Boer's final game won't hold happy memories as a draw meant Ajax lost out on the title to PSV by two points.
