Covid-19 Impact on Zoo Traffic Saw Changes in Animal Behavior

There has been a drastic impact on many different industries due to Covid-19, but what happened to the zoo animals when they weren’t seeing crowds of visitors every day? A study published in 2022 looked into the behavior of bonobos, chimpanzees, western lowland gorillas and olive baboons and found that the animals changed their habits in a myriad of different ways.
