Brandon Hoeg - my savior

dark times, no soul, heart shattered <br />i just stopped caring, and felt like nothing really matterred <br />i lost hope, and i just had given up sadly <br />only sorrow, nothing, i was never happy <br /> <br />i lied and told myslef everything was going to be fine <br />but i didnt even know who i was at the time <br />and just when i though i was a misfit to the world <br />there came a night i talked to a special young girl <br /> <br />we were talking and laughing and i had so much fun <br />for once i felt at peace with someone <br />so im thinking to myself what can this be <br />have i finally found the girl that understands me <br />so we talked for a few more hours and we said good night <br />and i realized that it was one of the best times of my life <br /> <br />so the days go on and the talking never ends <br />by the end of the month i have a new best friend <br />but i dont want to be friends, i want something more <br />i feel something with her that ive never felt before <br /> <br />i had no more sorrow, she made everything great <br />but what i didnt know was she felt the same way <br />when you said 'i love you' it made my jaw drop <br />so amazing and random that i thought my heart stopped <br /> <br />you've made my downs ups, you've made my lefts right <br />you've found me in the darkness and turned on all the lights <br />its something ive never felt in my whole life <br />even though i was scared, i knew everything was gonna turn out alright <br /> <br />i want to be with you for the rest of my days <br />spend my life with you forever and always <br />i love you, and you love me too <br />my heart beats, and it beats for only you.<br /><br />Brandon Hoeg<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/my-savior-14/
