Welcome to my travel day vlog! Me and my best gals flew from Anchorage, Alaska to Honolulu, Hawaii and got to stay at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. Aulani is one of my DVC home resorts and I was so excited to show them around. For our first 2 nights we stayed in a Studio Villa with a Poolside View. I've stayed at Aulani several times since 2016 and it was my first time staying in the Waianae Tower!

I liked our room location as it was only 1 flight of stairs up to our room from the lobby and since it was in the Waianae Tower we were closer to the parking garage. I tell ya, sometimes it feels like a trek back and forth when you're in the Ewa tower, haha. Sean and I usually opt for a Studio Villa with a Standard View or Island Gardens View to maximize the use of our points, but it was nice to enjoy a Poolside view for once.

Since it's usually just me and Sean that go to Aulani I never realized how cramped the Studio Villa could be with 4 adults until my girls trip. Thank goodness we're really close friends, lol! Honestly, it wasn't too bad though because we were barely in our room and during the day we folded the pull-out bed back into the couch.
