A guilt-free treat that’s gluten & dairy-free! <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/2 cup oats<br />1/2 spotty banana<br />1 egg<br />1/4 cup milk of choice (I went with homemade cashew )<br />Pinch of salt<br />1/4 tsp baking soda<br />Chocolate chips<br />Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, brown sugar...)<br /><br />Directions:<br />Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth.<br />Pour into an oven-safe dish.<br />Sprinkle with chocolate chips.<br />Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.<br /><br />Have you ever whipped this up in your kitchen?
